The front desk and Bruno’s transport service were great, the pool was nice, breakfast was continuous, and from the room you could see the whale‑watching spot on the square. The hotel isn’t close to the beach, but Bruno kept shuttling us, so we got to explore Punta Veleros beach and the City of the Organs.

Bruno’s service was superb, he was engaged and helpful, and the view from the room was great. The hotel already shows its age; the chairs in the room were broken, the loungers were stained and dirty—so dirty you’d hesitate to sit on them—and everything felt very worn. If you walk, you have to climb a steep hill (though Bruno gladly offers a lift if you want). The price is very good, but basic amenities were missing.

They offer very good service. The owner is very capable and always ready to help with anything you need. The view is beautiful and the room has everything you could possibly want. I liked everything. It’s a simple hotel that has what you might need and is well‑located.
