The rooms were comfortable and clean, the shower was great, and coffee and tea were provided at breakfast; the staff were very friendly and the location was quiet.

The hotel was well designed, cozy, and close to Bishkek centre; we stayed one night before heading to Issyk‑Kul, and a reception lady was exceptionally kind and helped us solve an important logistical issue for our trip; we strongly recommend Pristine Hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant and well‑equipped base for exploring Bishkek.
the staff were amazing!!! umar especially deserves a special shoutout for being so patient & helpful to our group of 5 people. he helped us find & book a table at a local restaurant, helped with a yandex delivery for an sd card for one of my friends, and the lovely woman in the morning shift (didn’t catch her name) also helped us organize cars to go to naryn from bishkek. we also celebrated one of our friends’ birthday at the hotel & they were very accommodating with storing our cake & keeping it a secret from the friend. 10/10 service
