The rooms were individual, but the shared toilets: 1 toilet and 1 bathroom for 5 rooms. The room was dirty and poorly ventilated. The bed sheets were dirty, and there were cockroaches in the closet and the room.

The view of the greenery from the balcony is great.

The welcome was very friendly, the person was very responsive and happy to show us his house. Easy to find and fairly close to the city center. The room was spacious. The surrounding greenery faced our room. Quiet. Very good price.
