We had a wonderful stay: the overall quality and service were excellent, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was very good, with a great variety and excellent quality. I especially want to thank Mr. Waqar for his service and support during the buffet; he was always helpful, friendly, and professional, ensuring we had everything we needed. Thanks to the whole hotel team, and a special thanks to Mr. Waqar for his excellent hospitality. Highly recommended. The shuttle service wasn’t as frequent as expected; it was supposed to run every 30 minutes, but sometimes the wait approached two hours. The shuttle stop near the Haram was hard to find because it was tucked among public bus stops and not clearly marked. When returning from the Haram, I struggled to locate the correct pick‑up point. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and with better shuttle frequency and clearer signage, the experience would improve.
The room was clean, but the bathroom lacked shampoo and a shower curtain, so water splashed over the floor when showering.
