The location is terrible, the staff are rude, and the “air‑conditioning” is just a noisy fan that runs all night; the lake is actually a dirty, smelly pond, and cleanliness is below average. I’ll never go back and I can’t recommend it at all; everything, especially the service, was awful.

It’s just okay.

It felt like a typical Italian hotel and the included breakfast was a nice perk; we arrived just as a severe thunderstorm rolled in, which knocked out the power for about an hour and a half, causing hot‑water issues, but we took it as part of the adventure and didn’t blame the hotel, although the single fan in the room wasn’t enough for the whole space. The room was a bit cramped for four people, but since we only stayed one night it wasn’t a major problem.

The property is simple and sits in a great spot, though the rooms feel a bit dated, they’re still acceptable.
