The staff were very accommodating and tried to solve our issue, but because there was no electricity during our stay they couldn't provide the help we needed. The building feels old and in need of renovation or proper maintenance.

The beachfront location and restaurant were great, but the toilets were clogged, the property was understaffed, and we had multiple blackouts. The air conditioning failed, and bugs and sand were in the room.

The staff were nice, yet the room ceiling had black mold, there was no hot water, and the shower was just a pipe sticking out of the wall. The hotel is a run‑down dive not fit for staying in; it’s the worst place I have ever stayed.
