The location was good, close to the station we needed. The newly renovated space was nice. The shower stopped heating halfway through our stay and then barely heated at all, making showering a hassle, and the host offered no help. The toilet kept running, creating constant noise.

The spot was perfect, just 3 minutes from the station. The single room was decent for a short stay, and the hosts were very friendly and met my requests. The room was extremely basic: single bed, chair, small table, and TV. The bathroom followed the same minimalist style. The only window covering was a blackout curtain, so if you’re light‑sensitive it’s not ideal.

The reception was friendly and let us leave our luggage until check‑in.

It is closed to the center of Firenze. A BAD EXPERIENCE! The beds were horrible, there were super uncomfortable, the plugs were broken so it was a miracle if we were able to charge our phones. The TV was not working either. We could say it was a super expensive place based on the commodities that it offers

The room was spacious and the location was great. The owner was very attentive; when we had a Wi‑Fi problem she came right away to fix it. The mattress was two single beds put together.
