It’s a sure, comfortable, and extremely practical choice if you need quality accommodation right near Marie Lannelongue hospital and the center of Le Plessis‑Robinson; I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the staff’s friendliness.

The hotel’s façade is grand, and the lobby and reception area are very pretty, but when we booked a room for three, we had to unfold the sofa, make the bed, and borrow a pillow for my daughter because nothing was ready—late arrival and the desire to sleep quickly meant we didn’t want to bother the lovely front‑desk staff; for a four‑star hotel that’s unacceptable. It’s a shame. I don’t know if this is normal here, but it’s the first time it’s happened to us. We also found an empty medication capsule behind the trash can in a corner of the bathroom under the radiator.

The hotel has its own parking, and with a bit of luck you can get it for free; the staff are very kind, and the surroundings are really nice.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and smiling, and the lady even took time to answer our questions during our stay. I would recommend this hotel. The only downside was breakfast: no one greeted you or explained anything, everything was covered in plastic because of gnats, and there was a long period with no staff present, which didn't match the warm welcome the previous day.

The hotel is well‑located, nice, clean, with spacious rooms and good bedding. At night the doors lock and when you ring, no one answers—even over the phone. During two nights of suites I had to wait outside until someone came to open. The rooms lack a fridge and a iron (though one was quickly provided when I asked), and we were given only one water bottle for the entire stay.
