Rooms offer cooling fans, desks, private bathrooms with complimentary toiletries; apartments include full kitchenettes, living areas with TV and dual bathrooms. Guests receive a sweet Italian breakfast, free pool access, on‑site parking, and proximity to San Biagio Church (15 min) and Chianciano Terme (18 km).

Very pretty, clean and well organised, with an excellent breakfast. A great spot to relax, rest and enjoy the Tuscan countryside in peace. The space is very pleasant, perfect for those looking for a few quiet days in a beautiful setting. One downside is that there is no dining service. Given how lovely the place is and how it invites rest by the pool, it would make sense to have some food options, at least for lunch and dinner, so guests could fully enjoy the venue without having to leave for a restaurant whenever they wanted to eat.

The hotel was close by car to beautiful Pienza. The descriptions and photos of the rooms and facilities at the Palazzo Massaini were misleading; the dark, poorly furnished room we received was in a grim farm building 1 km away from the Palazzo. We asked for a room change or a refund but were offered no alternative. The pool at the farm building felt like an afterthought, with limited landscaping and no view. Breakfast was a self‑serve spread of cold pastries and cakes on a dark terrace with a high wall blocking any view. We left right after breakfast. We booked for my birthday and were totally disappointed with the hotel and its facilities. The website’s inaccurate descriptions misled us.

Prachtige locatie in de bergen op 3 minuten rijden van het wijnhuis. Heerlijk zwembad, comfortabel kamers en goede badkamer. Het ontbijt was erg goed met veel lokale producten. €7 betalen voor een gebakken ei is wel wat overdreven gezien de prijs die je betaalt. En de kamers zijn wel gehorig, wat bij de Italiaanse boerderij style hoort
