We had a truly enjoyable time at this place. It’s very beautiful, clean, and centrally located, making everything easily reachable. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more pleasant. We definitely recommend this accommodation and would return anytime.

An amazing stay that I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Hikkaduwa—look no further! The room is spacious, beautifully and functionally designed, and very clean. The private kitchen has all the accessories you need to cook your own meals. It’s only a 5‑minute walk from the beach, with many inexpensive restaurants nearby. The property is surrounded by tropical palms and fruit trees. During the day and night there’s no noise, no street traffic, and no barking dogs, which is rare in Sri Lanka. There’s plenty of privacy, so you can truly relax.

The place is in a great spot near the beach, offering privacy and plenty of space, with clean bed linens and towels, a solid mosquito net, and birds chirping everywhere; the AC, fridge, and kettle work well, and the bed is comfortable, though it rattles a bit when I move at night. It would shine if the cleaning were better—there were spider webs in the bathroom and room, grey cocoons on the walls, dust on other surfaces, a moldy sink, and the bathroom had a constant bad smell; plus, the kitchen had a few ants.

Everything was great. These were my first days in Sri Lanka after a tough flight, and in these apartments I was able to recover wonderfully. All necessities were present, the place was very clean, and the host was responsive. The reality surpassed the photos. Even after a late notice that I wouldn't stay the first night due to a flight delay, I didn't have to pay. 11/10
