“Malo, había animales en las camas”

The location is good, and the breakfast is average. I stayed in room 109 and the bed had bedbugs; the next day I woke up with bites all over my legs—really a bad experience.

The breakfast was pretty good and plenty, but twice I stayed there and they didn't charge me, which is a problem for my work.

“Mala”

I couldn't stay because the receptionists said my card didn't go through, which was odd since they talked to me right when I arrived in Cd Victoria to charge it. I told them it could be done, but when we got there it still hadn't worked; they showed me nothing and wouldn't let me speak to the manager. The stay was supposed to be two nights for $3,500, but the debit card was charged $7,000 on one transaction and $30,000 on another, which seemed very strange and made me feel very bad, especially since I came with my two nephews and my two brothers. I was deceived; they offered me another hotel on the same chain, the Victoria Inn, where I received excellent service and everything was good. The odd thing is that at that hotel the card was processed, but it was already late and we walked two blocks, which didn't feel right about the Hotel Santorin (I had stayed there before and everything had been fine). The two receptionists treated me terribly.
