The spot, water park, rooms, and staff are all good; it’s our go‑to place after six visits and we’ll return again. We didn’t have breakfast this time, but we’d like it to improve from past experiences.

They charged me for my two kids instead of via the online booking because I didn’t mention their ages, which was silly. I didn’t argue much and ended up paying nearly 1500.

The rooms were big but poorly kept: the latch and toilet lid were broken, overall cleanliness was lacking with water dripping from the ceiling, and I had to ask for bath and hand towels. GST bill? The location was a downside.
