The staff and the room were fine, and the staff helped me find another hotel. However, breakfast was not included, the location was really bad, and the website claimed the hotel was only 6 km from Bengaluru International Airport when it’s actually over 18 km away. This misleading distance information feels like fraud and the hotel should correct it.
