A private terrace is accessed through double doors that open onto a spacious outdoor area. Inside, a large double bed dressed with a four‑poster frame and a silk mosquito net accommodates two guests. The en‑suite bathroom features a Victorian‑style bathtub. A log fireplace adds a traditional touch to the room’s climate comfort.

The location is spot‑on, close to everything within a few minutes, but each facility should have its own braai area; the braai area is great but not everyone wants to mingle, some people want to break away and the shared braai area forces a waiting game.

The owners were incredibly friendly, and I celebrated my engagement with my fiancé here; they went the extra mile by decorating the room with flowers, making everything perfect. We loved everything!
1) The outside rooms don't offer much privacy. We have stayed there before & the inside room was much better. No 7 or 6 is not enclosed for privacy. 2) The host too much in ones space. Kept coming outside to the kol kol too check up & seemed somewhat irritated by the smoke the wood which they provided. 3) The cats making a noise through the night infront our door which disrupted my sleep as I am a light sleeper. 4)The bed creeks quiet a bit. 5)The cereal (cornflakes) provided the next day was stale

The welcome was awesome and the staff were courteous. The room was cozy with a fireplace. The shared kitchen felt more like a backpacker spot than a self‑catering one. Parking was small and hard to maneuver. The old eccentric furniture and art were a bit over the top.
