Mr Hassan and his wife, who run the place, are amazing people. They made sure I felt taken care of and gave me good discounts on excursions. I felt at home while staying there and will definitely return. All the staff were very helpful. The only downside was that I had to leave this amazing place.

The location is good, the price is fair, breakfast packages can be arranged, communication is great, the staff are helpful, and the room is suitable. Occasionally hot water didn’t come through, and some room equipment is already being retired.

The location is central. The facilities are old and poorly maintained, with rust on the lamp, mirror, and other metal parts; the bed is uncomfortable with springs; the toilet lid is unacceptable; curtains are dirty and old; breakfast is repetitive and lacks variety… I can’t understand how people give this place a good rating. It differs greatly from the photos shown on the platform. I will never return.
