“Great value family resort”
The staff were friendly and quick to respond, evening shows were fantastic, the food was tasty but I’d have liked more options for picky eaters—maybe chicken nuggets at the buffet. The kids club offered fun activities and hand‑crafts, yet I wished there were more things scheduled all day. Muddy and sandy puddles appeared near the pool by the tower hut; I told hotel management, they sent a cleaner, but the next day the same problem persisted. The rooms showed the old building structure; our family room’s staircase creaked. The kids club kept its door open on hot days, and even with AC it felt warm inside. The game room was too hot in August, and the teen club was similarly hot during the day; only one TV worked for video games, the other was broken. Beach sand could have been cleaner.
