“Affordable and good location”

I was glad to find the spot right next to the Co‑op Live arena, so I’ll probably return. Lockbox entry worked smoothly, and the room had a water tap plus tea/coffee supplies, plus a TV, which was a nice touch. The room itself was very clean. However, the front door lock was broken, which made me feel uneasy, and the bed base was damaged so a wooden board was placed under the mattress, resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. I avoided the shower because it was dirty, and the walls had a few stains that could use repainting.

“good location for coop live, bearable for a night. overpriced”

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom, however, was not clean; the drain holes were black and grimy, and there were yellow stains up the walls.

“Great location”

The place is great if you’re heading to a concert—just a 5‑minute walk from both the COOP Live and the Etihad Stadium, and the price per night is good. The room wasn’t very clean, and we had no mirror in the room so we had to use the hallway mirror and the shared bathroom. The stair lighting was poor; we had to use our phone flashlights because it was very dark.

It was close to the places we were going. Everything else was bad.
