“Good location, staff but the cleaning have to a bit improve”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's prime location and excellent facilities, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and amenities made it an ideal base for my stay, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the cleanliness of my room fell short of my expectations.

“Small rooms but great location, good facilities and lovely staff”

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some standout features that made up for the disappointments. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the little extras they provided, such as nightgowns and toothbrushes, were a lovely touch. The dining area was also a highlight, with free tea, coffee, and juices available, and they even went the extra mile to provide special saki for New Year's Eve.
