Very clean, staff extremely friendly. The room was large, well equipped, modern and pretty. The location can’t be blamed for the noise, but the tram stop right in front of the window creates a nice soundtrack.

The staff are especially friendly and accommodating. The rooms are fine. The tram stops directly opposite, the S‑train station Schöneweide is close. Across the street is the Johannisthal‑Kiez with a bakery that already sells treats at 5 am, and there’s also an Italian restaurant. Netto is within walking distance, Rewe is one stop away. The hotel is wheelchair accessible. Other guests were a bit loud; the staff tried to address it.
