“Excellent hotel and location - Would definitely return.”
After booking a Beach View Swim‑Up Room, we were surprised to learn the hotel isn’t actually on the beach; the shore lies across a very busy main road. The first night was noisy because of traffic, but the front desk was incredibly helpful and shifted us to the other side of the property. The new room was huge, with a spacious bathroom and its own small swim‑up pool, making us extremely happy with how the issue was handled. Breakfast had a limited selection, yet the dishes we did get were tasty. The hotel’s location is great—just a minute’s walk to the famous food market, and a 15‑20 minute stroll along the beach or main road leads to lively bars, restaurants, and nightlife. We also enjoyed several nearby bars. Overall, the stay was amazing: the staff were fantastic, the new room was incredible, and the location was perfect for exploring. Despite the initial room problem, the resolution was brilliant and didn’t ruin our holiday. We would definitely stay again if we return to Krabi. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were disappointed by the front swimming pool because its water was noticeably green, unlike the clear pool at the back of the hotel. This was especially disheartening since the front pool had a water slide that the kids would have loved. I asked reception if the pool was safe, and they assured me it was, but I still didn’t feel comfortable letting the children swim there because of the water’s colour. It was a shame, especially with the slide being such a great family feature. The rear pool was lovely and clear, so we used that instead.
