The room was dark, the hotel was quiet, and it was the perfect spot to recover from a sudden explosive illness; I skipped breakfast but the staff were very kind and let me use kitchen utensils for my own meager food. It was a bit far from the main square, but that might have been because I had no energy and could barely walk 100 m.

The building is beautiful next to the Gur I Amir, convenient for walking around; it’s very welcoming, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they’re flexible with times. The breakfast is plentiful, and we’ll come back.

the location. Very old place. Our tiny room was, dirty, and moldy. Bedding old and dusty, furniture in the room probably second hand and well used. The bathroom was dirty and the shower curtain had not been cleaned in ages. Dont bother here. Breakfast pitiful. Stay one night and cancelled 3. not worth it

I liked the location and the aesthetic of the property, and the receptionist was very kind. However, as soon as we entered the room we noticed there was no toilet paper and the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. We used the laundry service, which was certainly quick, but the pricing got mixed up – the staff told us 6,000 uzs per kilogram, yet at payment it turned out to be 60,000 uzs, a rather high amount. I had asked before arrival if I could pay by card and was told yes, but when it was time to pay the receptionist insisted on cash and even tried to insert the card backwards to cancel the card payment and force us to pay in cash.
