“Sauna an Regentag war großartig”

The staff were very friendly, the sauna was great, and the game room looked nice, but we would have liked water glasses instead of plastic cups in the apartment. The high‑season price for one night is steep, yet it was worth it for our short holiday.

“Unser Aufenthalt glich einer Katastrophe, mit ständig notwendigen Beschwerden”

The beds squeaked loudly with every movement, making any decent sleep impossible and there was no solution offered 🙁!!!! After we complained, the whole suite had to be fully deep‑cleaned on the second day, forcing us to vacate it for several hours. The kitchen was poorly equipped – only an egg cup was provided, the freezer door was broken and very hard to open, the pan needed replacement, the coffee maker was barely usable because it was heavily calcified, and the knife block was filthy and unusable, covered in food residue, as was some of the cutlery. We had to report the hair‑dryer three times before one finally worked. The balcony was unsafe to step on because the tiles were loose, wobbly and tilted, and it was in a dreadful state with mold and thick grime everywhere. The spa was unusable for two days since neither the showers nor the lighting worked; only after we complained was it fixed on the third day. We expect at least a third of the booking price as compensation!! Regards, the Axel Kaiser family
