“Incredible view & very kind staff”

The view here is incredible. I was there on a festival day for a nearby church and enjoyed watching the fireworks from my room. The view from the breakfast comedor is also amazing. The staff are very kind, communicative, and helpful with bags. The shower was hot and satisfying. The only downside is the huge number of stairs – just be aware of that when you book. If you need a dust‑free space, this isn’t the spot. It was also a bit cold in my room, but the big wool blanket was plenty warm.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Cusco, close to everything, and the rooms are very comfortable, pretty, and have a super pleasant vibe. The breakfast is delicious and a great way to start the day energized. I want to single out the staff – their service is top‑class, all of them are amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. 100 % recommended!

This place is excellent, especially because of its prime location. The view and the setting are perfect for staying in Cusco, and it’s only about 7 minutes from the San Blas market where the food is exquisite and reasonably priced. Walking 20 minutes takes you to the 12‑angle stone. I liked everything; it’s a spacious spot to stay and you can even bring your own food.

The hotel is a beautiful spot right in the middle of the ancient cobblestone streets, with tiny cafés and little shops nearby. I strongly recommend staying here! The view over the old town is amazing and can be seen from almost every room (and from the breakfast table). The checkout time feels a bit early to me, but you can keep your luggage in a storage room if you’re traveling later.
