The inn was lovely, the staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

The pousada was amazing, cozy, everything was beautiful and spotless. Breakfast was excellent, always prepared with great care. Special shout‑out to Juliano, who welcomed us warmly, was attentive, always ready to help and answer questions, and was a lovely person—this made our trip extra special.

This accommodation is great, the staff on site is wonderful without exception, every employee was polite, attentive, and helpful! The pool, sauna, and hydro pool worked perfectly, cleaning was excellent, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were divine. After my stay I went to Arraial and stayed at an extremely expensive hotel whose breakfast barely compared to the pousada Bem Te Vi! When I return to Trancoso I will definitely stay here again! Absolutely everything!
