Terri at breakfast was wonderful, always on top of things, keeping everything hot, full, and clean as if it were second nature; she knows how to make a weary traveler feel welcome, and the rest of the staff was just as friendly—kudos to Hampton Inn in Indiana, Pa.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and breakfast was included, but I wish the price could be a little less.

The hotel sits right next to IUP, which is convenient, but it would have been better if there were a kitchenette so guests with dietary restrictions could cook their own meals.

Overall, it was a solid stay; the staff were friendly and the common areas stayed clean. The room was too cold and one of the comforters had a strange odor.

The breakfast was a highlight – I've stayed at many Hamptons spots that are pretty basic, but this one offered half‑defrosted bread to toast, a wide variety of cereals, bread, fruit, and even an orange, all thanks to Bobbi at the breakfast bar, who was a real star and cared about everything. Lobby staff were helpful too. The decor felt a bit dated and brown, and the TV was far from the bed, but the room itself was enormous.
