The hotel's location is actually pretty great
I have to admit that the additional fees for things like breakfast and parking were actually pretty reasonable

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street was a real issue. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I had a bit of a problem with my booking. However, I was really disappointed with the way the hotel team handled a complaint I had about another guest's behaviour. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding the situation than actually resolving the issue.
Ich habe ca. eine Woche vor meinem Ankunft 1 Zimmer gebucht. Es wurde mir mehrfach bestätigt und auch meine Ankunftszeit wurde mir bestätigt. Beim Ankunft allerdings stellte sich plötzlich heraus , dass ich eine ca. 8x höheren Preis bezahlen soll!!! Die Unterkunft berufte sich auf eine Softwarestörung. Ich meine, es kann ja alles passieren , aber wieso haben die sich nicht rechtzeitig bei mir gemeldet, bevor ich angereist bin??? Und wieso haben die nicht einmal versucht, die Situation irgendwie zu lösen, wenn die mich schon in so eine extrem unglückliche Lage gebracht haben? Und von den verursachten Reisekosten mal (nicht) ganz zu schweigen. So ein Verhalten ist das letzte, was man sich als Reisender von einem Unterkunftsanbieter erwarten würde
The hotel's new staff seemed overwhelmed, struggling to understand the system and resolve issues. We found it frustrating that the manager was only contactable by phone and didn't offer any solutions to our problems. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and the location was convenient. However, the lack of staff experience and poor communication made our stay a bit of a struggle.
Ich dachte, bei ein Schnäppchen gemacht zu haben, tolle Ausstattung zu kleinem Preis. Ich konnte nicht anreisen, da das Hotel es nicht für nötig hielt, meine Anfrage zum Gesamtpreis zu bestätigen. Ein Anruf wurde ausserdem abrupt beendet. Es deutete alles auf fake/ scam hin

However, I was really disappointed when I got my final bill and saw that they'd tacked on an extra amount for some reason - it seemed like a sneaky move, and I wasn't happy about it.
