The location is close to any dining spot. Cafés and restaurants are scattered throughout the area.

The price was quite low. The room was not clean, with huge spider webs everywhere, stained sheets, and hair on the pillow and under the sheets.

The bus terminal Grogol is only 200 m away. The area has a student vibe with many kos for students and full kitchen facilities. The address given by Booking is completely wrong, probably a translation error; search for “Kos Dyaza” or “Dyaza Grogol” – the correct address is “Jl. Dr. Susilo IIB No.35, RT.7/RW.5, Grogol, Kec. Grogol petamburan, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 11450”. On the ground floor the network connection is very weak (wifi and phone), and the room has no window.
