The breakfast spread was actually pretty good, but I wish they'd offered some juice options for those who don't drink tea or coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the lack of cupboards in the room was a bit of a pain, and the room service was ridiculously slow.

The hotel's location was one of its best features - it's right in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, the prices for food were a bit of a turn-off - it was way too expensive for what you get.

I have to say, this hotel had all the facilities I needed, but the formalities were a bit too much for my taste. I mean, I get it, they're trying to keep things organized, but it felt like they were overdoing it a bit.
