The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful, the place was great and the room was spacious. No negatives.

I loved the location and the architecture of the lobby and outdoor front gardens, and the proximity to the beach was a plus, but the cleanliness wasn’t brilliant every day. The breakfast had a huge variety but lacked flavour and depth, and the taxi issues made the distance to central areas feel longer.

Good size room good breakfast few hundred meters sand beach but not allowed to swim only to walk the one and only swimming pool look very nice and cleans but look alike children swimming pool . The restaurant staff are very very nice I cant remember every members names but I can say Amir, Badshah and all other member are better beyond my acceptation I felt very comfortable every time I walk in to restaurant front desk service is good as well. It would be very good if the beach was open to guest so they can have swimming on sea beach . It would the good if they allow guest to call Otaxi at least from outside the property . they may be 1/3 taxi out side the hotel but they can rip you even taxi's with in the hotel are not very trustworthy

Some guests smoked in non‑smoking rooms; I told the staff but nothing was done.
