The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but the room felt a bit small.

The hotel sits in a good spot, is very clean, the staff are professional, and the price‑quality ratio is excellent. Nearby, on the banks of the Cerna by the Hercule market, there’s a place with thermal pools that is well kept by some young volunteers. The resort itself is badly managed, seems to have no mayor, many buildings in the parking area, untended green spaces, a lot of filth around, and I’m fed up with the incompetence of the local authorities for the past 30 years.

Breakfast was simple but tasty. The building’s architecture is impressive and there’s a lot of peace. Hot water in the bathroom takes a while to arrive. I didn’t try the hotel’s spa because the water wasn’t heated, so I preferred a natural thermal pool I found at Venera nearby.
