Location. I found a white‑tailed spider in my room beside where my toddler was sitting.

The spot is great—quiet neighborhood but close to Hagley Park, restaurants, and shops. The unit was comfy but a bit dated, missing a mirror over the sink and the wall heater wasn’t secured properly.
Welcoming staff that gave us a two bedroom family room as a free upgrade. Tissues on the table. Comfy beds. Great value for money. Excellent location. Shower pressure could be better but good enough to get clean
