I did not take breakfast. The condition of some of the handrail and balustrade is bordering on dangerous for the elderly and young children. The cement paths and steps are slippery for those who are less agile, and people in wheelchairs or using walking aids did not find it as advertised. As precisely stated.

The location and the Balinese style. The swimming pool at the back was lovely. The staff were very helpful.

The pool facilities were really good. The surroundings were lovely and the location was right in the middle near all the shops and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort itself was clean, small, and boutique, and I was overall impressed with the value for money. My mother, who is 86, stayed in the disability access room and it was spot on for her needs in a wheelchair and being non‑ambulant. I recommend this place for that reason alone. There really wasn’t much to dislike. Parking was a bit cramped for my four‑wheel drive but a small rental car wouldn’t be a problem, and having off‑street parking was a bonus in general. We were there for a wedding and generally I couldn’t fault the resort, facilities, and location to the central street/hub of Port Douglas.
