The location is great, the air‑conditioner and bed are comfortable, and the mini‑market right next door operates 24/7. Sometimes the shower water doesn’t heat up, the pool is very small, there’s no breakfast option, and you need to hand over the key for cleaning, so you can only tidy the room if you’re not in the hotel for a few hours.

The staff were very friendly. The mini‑market at the entrance is excellent for breakfast or any purchase at any time. The pool is pretty good and the area is quiet. It’s a 3‑minute walk to the ambience zone and 7 minutes to the beach.

Everyone on the staff was kind, the location is ultra‑central yet not in the chaos of the main street, and there’s a supermarket nearby. Nothing else.

The pool was great, but the room and location were disappointing, and it’s a shame that Khao Tao’s streets and roads are often littered with plastic waste.
