The hotel was clean, secure and the staff were friendly, especially the receptionists. They were all friendly. Thanks to Mr John for making me laugh throughout my stay 🥂. Absolutely nothing.

Nothing. Absolutely NOTHING!. Unfortunately, our stay at Radisson Blu was an extremely disappointing experience from the moment my partner and I checked in. The biggest issue was the service. Staff generally seemed sluggish, cold and uninterested. Whenever we asked a question or made an inquiry, the responses often felt dismissive rather than welcoming. At first I wondered if I was overthinking it, but my partner independently felt exactly the same way. We eventually agreed that it felt as though we were begging to stay at the hotel, rather than paying guests. We genuinely felt unwelcome and, at times, looked down on. The atmosphere made us feel as though we did not belong there, almost like we were simply squatting somewhere rather than staying at a hotel. By the end of the stay, we could not wait to check out and had absolutely no desire to extend our booking. One incident particularly summed up the experience. We ordered food from the hotel while trying to exchange money into Kenyan shillings. We were very hungry and had already explained that sorting out the payment might take a little while. When the food arrived, the attendant placed it on the table near the entrance and left our room door wide open while waiting for payment. I asked her to please close the door while I spoke with my partner and sorted out the payment. She refused and told me she could not close the door until payment had been made. I found this incredibly uncomfortable and unnecessary. We were registered guests staying at the hotel. We were not going anywhere, and we had already explained that we were simply trying to exchange money so we could pay. I could not understand why our room door had to remain wide open while we handled a private matter inside our room. The facilities themselves were simply okay, nothing particularly memorable or impressive enough to compensate for the poor service

I stayed in a modern apartment‑style room with a separate bedroom that was clean and tidy. Everything else was great, even better than I expected.
