There was nothing, and the place was very old. The check‑in was delayed, and when we asked a delivery service for dinner, they refused to allow the representative in and to deliver food; I sent my 11‑year‑old son and they would not give him food until he signed a receipt form… I don’t know if this is a hotel or a detention center.

I’ll keep it short but note the luxury, cleanliness, and location – all spot on. The staff were great: I’m grateful to Irsaa, Omar (who works at the buffet), and Sami, the coffee host, for their kindness and friendly service, and there was also a young Saudi guy at reception, though I didn’t catch his name. On the downside, the outdoor coffee area lacks proper climate control, so we ended up in the lobby or lounge at night, which isn’t ideal for everyone because of the shisha setup. The beach is far; getting there takes a golf cart, and if you walk it gets tiring. It’s also not open all day, only specific hours, so I wish I’d known before booking because I thought I could go there at night and sit by the sea, but the seating is uncomfortable and needs more chairs, coffee, and lighting.

“A lovely, relaxing weekend at InterContinental Al Jubail.”

We enjoyed a pleasant two‑night stay; the resort was peaceful and relaxing, and there was nothing in particular to note.

“It is not value for money at all and I will not stay there next time”

The location was good, but the food—both breakfast and dinner—was disappointing.
