The apartment in the hotel had a 24/24 reception, which made it easy to have luggage delivered; the rooms were very spacious for Tokyo, the staff were very friendly, available, and spoke good English; there was a free coffee in the morning and small treats in the room; a konbini and restaurant were nearby, and the metro stations were close—highly recommend!

The staff—girls and a young man at the reception—are always friendly, responsive, and ready to help; the room is clean, housekeeping, linen, and towel changes are regular; the location is good, the metro is close, and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance; the area is very quiet. However, the luxury room is definitely not worth it; for three stars it’s fine. We paid for a room with a balcony, but were assigned a first‑floor room without a balcony next to the reception, and the door’s sound transmission is very strong. Late at night, early in the morning, or at night, hearing loud conversations from guests and the duty concierge is uncomfortable.
