Beautiful! Super comfortable! The staff were very kind and helped me a lot when I needed guidance. The breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful and very comfortable. We’ll definitely come back!

The location is good, and the parking is fine. The apartment disappointed me badly, especially since I had high expectations based on the ratings. The room we got was very close to the reception, so a lot of noise could be heard, and the two windows faced directly onto walls or other rooms, giving very little ventilation and natural light. The equipment was also in poor condition: the fridge was old and had no freezer, the freezer compartment didn’t work because it had no door, and the microwave wouldn’t heat. Several pieces of furniture were damaged, some even broken. Finally, I want to share a situation that made me uneasy: I suspect someone cloned my credit card during my stay, either through unauthorized access to the room or something the app did (via the NFC/contactless that the hotel requires to unlock doors). A few hours after checkout, there were declined purchases from appliance stores I had never visited, which I think is important to mention so that both the management and guests stay alert. In over 25 years of using my card, I’ve never had something like this; I’m not the type to use it in shady places or send photos of it on WhatsApp.

The hotel is modern, clean, and very pleasant, which is uncommon in small, low‑tourism towns. It was a great surprise. The garage was not available, even though it was listed and didn’t require a reservation. When we arrived at dusk, the garage was full. We parked on the street in front of the hotel, which was very safe. It wasn’t a major inconvenience.
