The scenery, the room, the bathroom, and the view were beautiful. We stayed for two nights with either a cycling group or a walking group, so we felt out of place and stuck in our room while the other guests loudly occupied the rest of the château. A small but important detail: a fridge should be available either in the room or in the common area.

The suite was very spacious, with a unique atmosphere and elegant, suitable furnishings. The garden was quiet and offered a lovely view. Breakfast was limited to coffee/tea (without milk) with pre‑packed brioche and madeleine in the room – too simple for our needs while traveling with e‑bikes, and not very thoughtful. The garden and stairwell could use a bit more care.
