The place is really pleasant, right in the center of Manfredonia, great for walking to restaurants, bars and the main sights. A big plus is the free parking just 50 m away, super convenient for those driving in. I also liked how independent the house feels, letting you enjoy your stay like at home. Overall, it was a very positive experience and the property is definitely a solid choice for a stay in Manfredonia. Highly recommended! On the downside, the coffee machine listed in the booking wasn’t there. The bathroom is small and windowless. The ventilation system keeps a fan running all the time for air circulation, and the constant noise can be annoying, especially at night. Breakfast was a bit thin: you get a voucher for a nearby bar that only offers a brioche and a coffee. It’s a convenient option, but the offer could be more complete.

I would definitely recommend this apartment for a break! It’s in the very center of the city, so evenings you can enjoy the city’s charms or head to the sea. A big plus is the free, large, and safe parking close to the apartment, which I think is a huge convenience, especially for car travelers. The apartment itself is very atmospheric, nice, and above all clean. The stay was very pleasant and I would definitely come back. I wholeheartedly recommend it! :) The only thing missing was a bottle opener for caps.
A property in the heart of Manfredonia, well cared for and clean. The host was helpful and gave us important directions, especially a free parking spot a few meters from the building. Unfortunately, the location on the street level (though not very busy) doesn’t help with the noise and the lack of windows; the only escape is through the front door, which is another small issue. We didn’t find the electronic fan particularly annoying; it works well to remove humidity and air exchange above the entrance.
I noticed that the room didn’t have a window to air it out.

Besides the B&B, the location is just steps from the long sea and 10 minutes from the wonderful historic center. The only downside is that the parking is paid, but that’s not the B&B’s fault.
