The food was good and the staff were friendly, but the reception was a bit unhelpful and not very tolerant of check‑in questions.

The staff gave excellent service.

Everything matched my expectations, though I didn't have time to use the pool, which is a shame. The hotel was comfortable and clean, but the bar prices were a touch high and the hotel club could offer more food choices.
