Armando, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. You can enter and leave the property freely without strict check‑in times. The downstairs bar is convenient but closes early, so there’s no noise at night. There’s a breakfast deal at the bar (croissant and juice or similar included) or you can use the kitchen to prepare your own meals. A small/medium supermarket is very close to the property if needed.
