The location was excellent and the room was comfy. The pool bar and restaurant service lagged behind my earlier stays because there just weren’t enough staff.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, with the biggest plus being the beautiful balcony view of the port and sea. Unfortunately, the club lounge disappointed us – the rugs and carpets were filthy and it smelled awful. Breakfast and snack options were very limited. The room felt worn, with scratched furniture, and the hotel clearly needs a refresh. The view and location are positives, but the cleanliness and lounge are definite negatives.

We liked being close to the cruise port with lovely marina views and a nice walk into Palmer. Breakfast was mediocre, so we wouldn’t rave about it. The hotel isn’t child‑friendly; some guests with kids struggled, so that should be noted.

The location was good, and the hotel is well kept and clean. Most staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were adequate. The view from the sea‑view room was spectacular. They should add a game room, pool, or table tennis for guests. Breakfast was often cold and bland.
