The staff were incredibly friendly, personable, approachable, and gave great city‑visiting tips. The Riad itself was beautiful, quiet, and tucked away from the hectic medina, making it a perfect retreat after a busy day in the city.

This Riad is exceptional. Every room is amazing, the beds are comfortable, the amenities are very good, and the location is close enough to the central Square yet far enough to stay out of the hustle and bustle. What really sets this place apart is the service: Ismael is a wonderful host who does everything he can for you. He personally shows you around Marrakesh, orders taxis when you need them, arranges an early breakfast if required, and ensures you’re comfortable at all times. He arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and had dinner ready when we arrived late on the first night. This place is truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone—you won’t be disappointed.

The welcome was warm and the location is ideal (10 minutes from the square). The décor is meticulous and the five rooms make the place calm and peaceful. Ismaël is very attentive to everyone’s well‑being and always available. He gave us good restaurant and hammam recommendations. The breakfast on the terrace is truly delicious. We were enchanted by our stay and can only recommend this magnificent Riad and the atmosphere that reigns there. Everything was perfect.
