The hotel staff were very kind, helpful, and we truly felt cared for; breakfasts were very good, rooms clean, beds large and comfortable. The bathroom was small but adequate, even for a big person like me. The location was great, close to the metro, easy access to the city’s main attractions and both airports, all for a reasonable price. In the bathroom there was only one towel hook in a room meant for five people.

I really liked staying here; the price was good, rooms stayed clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of my favorites—always tasty and a bit different each day—and I felt very comfortable overall and had a great time, so I’d gladly return. The neighborhood was a little noisy, but I think that could be improved.

The hotel’s location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro or tram stop that connects to all of Istanbul’s attractions and the airport. The owner and staff look after guests’ comfort and are ready to help if needed. The location, staff, and price make up for the room’s minor shortcomings, so I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very close to Laleli Street and all the sights we wanted to visit. Arrival instructions were excellent, and owner Nuri is a wonderful, helpful, friendly, and pleasant man. Rooms are cleaned daily, linens and towels are changed, and breakfast is great. Don’t be fooled by the hotel’s surroundings; we’re not used to that, but Nuri and the staff make up for the crowd and chaos nearby. Next time I won’t look for another hotel; I’ve made this my base in Istanbul.

The hotel is very clean, with daily housekeeping, towels changed every day, and a good, varied buffet breakfast with fresh products. The staff are very attentive and communicative, so you can’t help but feel excellent in this location. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace are a 20‑minute walk away. Parking costs 15 euros per day and doesn’t require a reservation. We’ll definitely come back. It would have been better if coffee were included at breakfast, because it was missing and a natural juice was also absent.
