The bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean. The curtain for the bed wasn’t wide enough, there was no control to change the AC temperature, and there was only one shower and toilet for the floor.

I was supposed to sleep in a 4‑bed dorm room. I had to find another place and couldn’t get a refund. The room was really small, the bottom bunks had curtains, the top bunk had nothing, not even a railing. When I arrived only one bed was occupied and they offered me the top bunk right under the AC set to 20 degrees. If I’d slept there I would have gotten 100% sick. After explaining that, they didn’t care and said they couldn’t do anything.
