The location is great, the room is nice, and the food is good. The place itself isn’t beautiful except for the old town, which is outside the hotel’s control. The staff could have been friendlier at times.

The location was absolutely perfect, the hotel is exceptional, and every staff member is amazing—they just can’t do enough for you. There is nothing to dislike.

Excellent hotel overall! The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The pool and beach were both great, and everything was very clean. There is also the option to have lunch at the snack bar, which offers very good value for money. The breakfast was excellent, with unlimited drinks included. Dinner was also very good, although drinks were an extra charge. It was a little disappointing that water was not freely available during dinner
