“Clean room, quiet area, and nice staff, but you will need to take your own towels and toiletries if you stay here.”

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, offering good value; it had a mini‑fridge, microwave, and a desk for eating or working. I was disappointed that there were only two bath towels—one for hair and one for body—and they weren’t clean. I asked for more and received them, but the room had no hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, or conditioner. The shower had mold where the tub met the wall tile. I also noticed a homeless family sleeping in the parking lot for the two nights I stayed, though I never felt unsafe, and for the price I’d consider staying again if I just need a place to sleep.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us, but the stay would have been even better if a coffee pot had been in the room instead of only offering coffee in the lobby.

The motel staff were very helpful and the owners made us feel like great hosts, yet I encountered cockroaches in the room and the place should have taken steps to prevent that.

The price was reasonable and the location convenient, though interactions with staff were a bit awkward; overall it was still good. I was surprised to find no phone in the room, and even though the reservation mentioned an iron, I didn’t see one (I didn’t request one, but expected it to be present). The sink’s drainage problem was fixed quickly after I reported it, but the towels were noticeably worn, which seemed inappropriate for guest rooms.
