Air‑conditioning keeps the single room comfortable, and a flat‑screen TV with streaming services provides entertainment. The space includes one single bed for one guest, and a crib can be added on request. A private bathroom with a shower serves the room.
The staff were polite and helpful. Good location for anyone wanting to stay near the Allianz. The hygiene was very poor for the price, I wouldn’t return because of that.

Excellent location, 200 meters from Nubank and 2 km from Barra Funda station (red metro line). Easy commute to CGH airport via bus (875-10 A), though it’s a long line, almost a city tour. The hotel offers a borrowed hair dryer at reception. Good shower. Stay for 1 or 2 days. Has a mini‑fridge. The hotel is small, simple, but has potential if you focus on the negatives. Water leak in the sink, already mentioned in a booking comment, still not fixed. The sheets feel rough. Cleanliness could improve, floor has some hair. No elevator.
The service was great, the location also very good, especially for those attending events at the Audio show house, for example, you can walk there. Breakfast was super fine for the price. The room had a very strange smell, like a cat, not good. Other than that it was very clean.
