The place is in a great spot near the US Capitol, Eastern Market, and Trader Joe's, and the apartment feels modern inside, which was great.

Absolutely terrific in every way from introductory host email to 100% perfect location to see 250th USA anniversary historic fireworks display - could not have been better. I will stay here if heading back to DC and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay! Thank you 1012 Pennsylvania!!!!. n/a

The spot was great—just five minutes from the nearest metro station, with plenty of nice cafés, restaurants, and a Trader Joe’s nearby. The apartment had all the essentials. Only downside: no place to stash luggage after checkout so I couldn't explore the city before my flight.
