“Borzalmas”
We left the accommodation without any issues. I was hugely disappointed – the listing and reality were completely mismatched. The place was advertised with a pool, a bubble bath, a sauna, and massage options, which were the main reasons we chose it and why we were ready to pay the high price. After arrival we searched for the pool, but the host seriously sent us up to the 7th floor, where there was no pool. When we returned, he laughed and said, “Ja, that’s gone a long time.” We then asked about the advertised massage, and it turned out it didn’t exist either. Water also leaked from the ceiling onto the floor. The question arose: if these services have long been gone, why are they still listed? The room also had a strong cigarette smell. We told the host that we didn’t want to stay under such conditions for that price. We expected the host to help resolve the situation, but instead he tried to prove his claims with a dubious email and then wanted to speak to a supposed Turkish colleague over the phone. At that point we no longer trusted the host’s information, so we contacted the official customer service ourselves, reported what happened, and left the property. The most shocking part was that we found another accommodation nearby in a short time for about a third of the price. They welcomed us warmly, gave us a clean room, and a generous breakfast every day at that rate. After that, the extremely high price of this place seemed even more incomprehensible. We will not return and we cannot recommend it to others. Before booking, we advise everyone to double‑check that the advertised amenities are actually available.
